Vojta's method

Vojta's method (also referred to as the method of reflex locomotion) is a set of exercise techniques used to treat physical and mental disorders, discovered by MD. Vaclav Vojta. Its basic principle is that in the central nervous system of humans are genetically encoded innate movement patterns.
